MVP Pediatric Home Health is hiring RNs and LVNs to assist with patient treatment and rehabilitation by performing nursing procedures as outlined in the patient's plan of care. The nurse will participate in assessment planning, implementing, and evaluating all patient care in collaboration with the clinical supervisor and all other agencies and physician offices involved in patient care. Full-time, part-time, or per diem available.

Pt is 20 yr old male with Cerebral Palsy.  Pt is non-verbal and non-mobile.  Pt has a trach and is vent dependent.  Pt requires G-button feeds, breathing treatments and meds.

Pt is appx. 34 lbs. She does not stand. She can sit by herself, but throws herself back. She has an adaptive chair she sits in & she has a floor mat for when she isn't in the chair to lie and play (or for others to sit with her). She is only carried from her bed to the living room and back.  Pt does have a trach, but no vent.  She has G-button, feeds, meds, & BTs.  Amazing family!!

Pt is a 19 month old Male.  DX is: Downs syndrome.  He is low tech (no trach/vent).  Pt is underweight and has G-button feeds and meds.  Family is needing staff 3pm - 11pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.  There are also flexible hours available on Saturdays.
